No — Giftinzo does not use codes you have to type. New accounts receive welcome coupons instead ($5 off gift cards of $50+, $10 off gift cards of $100+, $20 off gift cards of $250+). They appear on the checkout page automatically when your order qualifies, and you can see them any time under Wallet → My coupons. They are valid for 30 days from sign-up.

Each coupon unlocks at the gift card value printed on it — for example a coupon for $100+ cards works when the cards in your order are worth $100 or more, even if the discounted price you pay is lower. One coupon per order, not on Special Deals, and never exchangeable for cash. If an order is not paid and expires, its coupon becomes usable again.

Yes — an account keeps your codes safe under My Purchases, lets you re-open orders, earn referral credit, keep a wallet balance and receive the $35 in welcome coupons for new customers. Signing up takes under a minute, with Google or e-mail.

Codes are delivered by e-mail — and shown under My Purchases — as soon as the network confirms your payment. The average delivery time is well under a minute. Cards fulfilled from partner stock can occasionally take a few minutes longer.

First check spam and promotions folders and confirm the e-mail address on the order. Then open My Purchases — every delivered code is stored there too. Still nothing? Raise a ticket with your order number and we will resend or resolve it right away.

Go to the brand's website or app, open the gift card / redeem section, and enter the code. Each product page carries brand-specific redemption steps and the region to use. Never share the code with anyone claiming to "verify" it.

Report it from My Purchases → Problem with this code within 24 hours of delivery, describing what the brand's site said. Every card is balance-verified before sale, so if a code is invalid, already redeemed or short on balance you get a replacement or a full refund to your wallet.

Most brand gift cards have no expiry; some carry an expiry printed on the product page. Redeem promptly and keep your codes private — an unredeemed code is like cash.

Yes — every paid order has a receipt under My Purchases with the order number, items, discount, crypto amount and transaction ID.

If a code you purchased is invalid, already redeemed or carries less than its stated balance, you are protected: report it within 24 hours of delivery and you receive a replacement of the same brand and value, or a full refund to your wallet.

Unpaid orders expire on their own — nothing is charged. Paid orders for delivered digital codes cannot be cancelled or returned, because the code has already been revealed to you.

Refunds are credited to your wallet — spend them instantly on any gift card or withdraw them to your bank or crypto wallet.

Claims after the 24-hour window, codes redeemed successfully and then disputed, region locks caused by redeeming outside the card's stated region, codes shared with third parties, and delivery to an e-mail address typed incorrectly by the buyer.
