After you redeem

How the price works
The card value is what lands on your PlayStation balance. The price you pay can be lower: cards of $20–$99 carry a flat 5% discount, $100–$249 10% and $250 or more 15%, worked out on the value in US dollars. A welcome coupon, where you have one, is chosen on the checkout page.
How to redeem PlayStation
- Open your completed Giftinzo order or delivery email and locate the code. Keep it private.
- Check that you are using the intended PlayStation account. Read the family-account guidance below if the purchase is for a child.
- Visit https://store.playstation.com and sign in. Open your profile menu and choose Redeem Code.
- Enter the supplied 12-character voucher code carefully, select Continue and follow any confirmation prompts.

1. Product supplied
You receive a digital PlayStation Store wallet top-up code for the value, currency and country/region stated in the selected offer. No physical card is shipped. The listing does not include a console, account, individual game or fixed-duration PlayStation Plus membership.
2. Country and currency
The code must match your PlayStation account's country/region. A matching currency symbol alone is not sufficient proof of compatibility. Check the account and offer before paying; contact support if the information is unclear.
3. Account and redemption
An eligible PlayStation account and acceptance of its applicable terms are required. The code is for one redemption. Confirm the destination account first; redeemed funds cannot ordinarily be transferred or refunded, except where required by law.
4. Eligible use and limits
The value is PlayStation Store credit, not cash or cryptocurrency. Issuer wallet limits and account restrictions apply. Follow any validity date or special conditions disclosed for the selected voucher. Do not assume identical conditions for promotional codes, subscriptions and wallet top-ups.
5. Giftinzo price
Card value and purchase price are separate amounts. Review the offer currency, final payable total and any charges before confirming. A discount applies only when its stated requirements are met; no discount is guaranteed for every value or region.
6. Cryptocurrency payment
Use the exact cryptocurrency, network, address and amount specified for the order. Observe its payment window. Wallet or exchange transaction fees are separate unless checkout states otherwise. A transaction reference by itself does not establish that payment has been received and confirmed.
7. Delivery
Digital delivery follows payment confirmation and order processing. Network conditions, stock availability or an order review can affect timing. Use the current order status and checkout estimate; do not treat a pending payment as a delivered order.
8. Later PlayStation purchases
PlayStation controls its catalogue, prices and service conditions. Check each item's compatibility and requirements before spending your credit. If you buy an automatically renewing subscription, recurring charges continue under its terms until you cancel.
9. Code and account security
Keep the code, order confirmation and payment record secure. Redeem through official PlayStation services. Do not share your PlayStation password, account-verification code or crypto-wallet recovery phrase with someone offering support.
10. Problems and cancellations
Delivered digital codes are not ordinarily eligible for change-of-mind cancellation under Giftinzo's standard policy. A code that is invalid, already used when supplied or below its stated value may qualify for a remedy under the Refund & Buyer Protection Policy. Report the issue promptly through the official support channel.
11. Independent reseller

Refund policy
If your PlayStation Store code is invalid, was already redeemed when supplied or provides less than the stated value, report the problem within 24 hours of delivery through My Purchases → Problem with this code or Giftinzo's live support.
Include your order number, the selected card value and country/region, the exact error message, and a screenshot with personal details hidden. Further information may be requested through the private support channel to investigate the claim. Do not provide your PlayStation password, account-verification code or crypto-wallet recovery phrase.
Claims are checked before a resolution is issued. The usual review estimate is 24–48 hours, although additional issuer checks may take longer. An approved claim receives a replacement of the same brand and value when available, or a full refund of the affected item's purchase price to your Giftinzo wallet. Replacement compatibility must match the purchased offer. Withdrawal of an eligible refund remains subject to the account's applicable withdrawal conditions.
The standard policy does not cover a code redeemed successfully and later disputed, a buyer-selected code used outside the compatibility stated in the offer, or a code shared with another person before redemption. Contact support immediately if you entered the wrong delivery email; an already delivered code cannot necessarily be recalled. Delivered digital codes cannot ordinarily be cancelled for a change of mind.
For a code purchased from Giftinzo, contact Giftinzo about the seller transaction. PlayStation directs third-party voucher refund requests to the retailer. A refund request for a game, add-on or subscription subsequently purchased on PlayStation Store is separate and is assessed under PlayStation's applicable policy. Is this a PlayStation Plus membership code?
No. This product adds wallet credit. You can then use that credit towards a PlayStation Plus purchase, subject to the plan's price and requirements. Choose and purchase the membership separately.
Can I buy a console or controller with this card?
No. PlayStation Store gift cards are for eligible digital purchases; they do not pay for physical consoles, controllers or merchandise.
Can my child use the credit?
