How the price works
The card value is what lands on your Steam balance. The price you pay can be lower: cards of $20–$99 carry a flat 5% discount, $100–$249 10% and $250 or more 15%, worked out on the value in US dollars. A welcome coupon, where you have one, is chosen on the checkout page.

1. Product supplied
This listing is for a digital Steam Wallet code with the value, currency and compatibility stated in the selected offer. No physical card is shipped unless an offer expressly says otherwise. It does not include a Steam account or a specific game.
2. Account compatibility
Before paying, check the offer's stated country and currency against the Steam account you intend to use. Do not assume that the currency used to display Giftinzo prices is the card's redemption currency. Ask support if the selected offer does not clearly establish compatibility.
3. Single redemption
Treat the supplied code as a single-use digital product. Check the destination Steam account before entering it, and keep the code secure until redemption. A code already used successfully cannot be redeemed again for another purchase or account.
4. Price and promotions
The selected card's face value is separate from its Giftinzo purchase price. Discounts apply only when the order meets the offer or promotion conditions. The final price and any applicable charges are shown before payment. Do not assume that an expired or previously displayed promotion remains available.
5. Cryptocurrency payment
Send the amount requested using the exact cryptocurrency and network specified for your order. Any transaction fee charged by your wallet or exchange is separate unless checkout states otherwise. A submitted transaction reference alone does not confirm receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery follows payment confirmation and order processing. Network conditions, stock availability or an order review can affect timing. Check your order status for the current position; a payment marked pending is not a completed delivery.
7. Steam's conditions
A Steam account and acceptance of Valve's applicable terms are required. Redeemed wallet funds are not cash, cannot be withdrawn to a bank or crypto wallet, and are not transferable between accounts. Steam's wallet limits and jurisdiction-specific conditions apply, including any applicable balance-expiry rules.
8. Regional restrictions
Do not use a VPN, false address or other location-disguising method to bypass Steam's geographical restrictions. Giftinzo cannot override an issuer's account or redemption controls.
9. Code security
Do not publish your code or send it to an unverified third party. Keep your order confirmation and payment record. Never provide a Steam password, authentication code or wallet recovery phrase to someone claiming to assist with redemption.
10. Cancellations and code problems
Delivered digital codes are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation under Giftinzo's standard policy. A code that is invalid, already used when supplied or below its stated value may qualify for assistance under the Refund & Buyer Protection Policy. Report a problem promptly through the official support channel.
11. Independent reseller
Giftinzo is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve. Steam and the associated names and logos belong to their respective owners.
12. Applicable rights
These product conditions supplement Giftinzo's Terms of Service and Refund & Buyer Protection Policy. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Refund policy
If your Steam Wallet code is invalid, was already redeemed when supplied or provides less than the stated value, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery through My Purchases → Problem with this code or Giftinzo's live support.
Include your order number, the selected card value and region, the exact error message, and a screenshot showing the problem with sensitive details hidden. We may ask for further information through the private support channel to check the claim. We will not ask for your Steam password, authentication code or crypto-wallet recovery phrase.
Claims are reviewed before a resolution is issued; the standard review estimate is 24–48 hours, although issuer checks can take longer. If the claim is approved, the resolution is a replacement of the same brand and value when available, or a full refund of the affected item's purchase price to your Giftinzo wallet. Withdrawal of an eligible refund remains subject to the account's applicable withdrawal conditions.
The standard policy does not cover a code redeemed successfully and subsequently disputed, a buyer-selected option used outside its stated compatibility, or a code shared with another person before redemption. Contact support immediately if you entered the wrong delivery email; delivery to a valid mailbox cannot necessarily be recalled. Delivered digital codes cannot ordinarily be cancelled for a change of mind.
This is Giftinzo's seller policy. Valve does not refund Steam Wallet cards purchased from third-party sellers. Refunds for a game or other item later purchased on Steam are a separate matter handled under Steam's applicable refund policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Can I get my crypto payment refunded directly by Steam?
No. A purchase from Giftinzo is handled by Giftinzo under its seller policy. Valve states that it cannot refund third-party Steam Wallet card purchases. An eligible refund for a later Steam-store purchase is a separate request.
Is this the same as a digital gift sent through Steam?
