About Free Fire Diamonds gift cards
Diamonds are the premium currency in Garena Free Fire, used for characters, weapon skins, bundles and the Elite Pass. A voucher adds diamonds to a Free Fire account.
Vouchers are redeemed on Garena's official redemption or top-up site for your region, signed in with the same login you use in the game (for example Google or Facebook). Diamonds cannot be moved to another account afterwards.

How the price works
The card value is what lands on your Free Fire Diamonds balance. The price you pay can be lower: cards of $20–$99 carry a flat 5% discount, $100–$249 10% and $250 or more 15%, worked out on the value in US dollars. A welcome coupon, where you have one, is chosen on the checkout page.
How to redeem Free Fire Diamonds
- Copy the voucher code from your Giftinzo order or delivery e-mail.
- Open Garena's official Free Fire redemption page for your region (linked in the delivery e-mail).
- Sign in with the same method you use in the game, or enter your player ID where asked.
- Enter the code and confirm the account name before redeeming.
- Reopen the game to see the diamonds. Contact Giftinzo within 24 hours of delivery if redemption fails.
Terms
Free Fire diamonds are provided by Garena under its terms of service. Diamonds have no cash value, are account-bound and non-refundable once redeemed. Only use Garena's official pages to redeem.
Digital codes are single-use. Check the account and region before redeeming, and keep the code private until then — anyone who has it can use it. Once delivered, a code cannot be cancelled, exchanged for another value or returned for cash, except under Giftinzo's buyer protection.
Only buy gift cards for yourself or as a genuine gift. Never use a gift card to pay someone who contacted you unexpectedly or who asks for the code to "verify" a payment.
Refund policy
Every order is covered by Giftinzo's buyer protection. If a Free Fire Diamonds code does not work as described — invalid, already redeemed or showing a lower balance than purchased — report it from your order within 24 hours of delivery with the exact error message. Approved claims receive a replacement code or a refund to your Giftinzo wallet. Codes that were redeemed successfully, bought for the wrong region or shared with someone else cannot be refunded.
