About Xbox gift cards
An Xbox gift card adds money to the balance of a Microsoft account. That balance can be spent in the Microsoft Store on Xbox consoles, on Windows PCs and on the web — on full games, downloadable content, in-game currency, apps, films and eligible memberships such as Xbox Game Pass, where those are sold in your region.

How the price works
The card value is what lands on your Xbox balance. The price you pay can be lower: cards of $20–$99 carry a flat 5% discount, $100–$249 10% and $250 or more 15%, worked out on the value in US dollars. A welcome coupon, where you have one, is chosen on the checkout page.
How to redeem Xbox
- Copy the Xbox code from your completed Giftinzo order or delivery e-mail.
- Go to https://redeem.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account you use on Xbox. Check the account shown in the top corner.
- Enter the 25-character code and select Next, then Confirm.
- On a console you can also press the Xbox button, open Store, choose the menu and select Redeem.
- Check the balance under Microsoft account > Payment options before buying.
- If you see an error, keep the exact message and contact Giftinzo from your order within 24 hours of delivery.
Terms
Xbox gift cards are issued by Microsoft and governed by the Microsoft Services Agreement and gift card terms in your country. Balances cannot be transferred between accounts or regions and are not refundable by Microsoft once redeemed. Some products and subscriptions cannot be paid for with account balance in every market.
Digital codes are single-use. Check the account and region before redeeming, and keep the code private until then — anyone who has it can use it. Once delivered, a code cannot be cancelled, exchanged for another value or returned for cash, except under Giftinzo's buyer protection.
Only buy gift cards for yourself or as a genuine gift. Never use a gift card to pay someone who contacted you unexpectedly or who asks for the code to "verify" a payment.
Refund policy
Every order is covered by Giftinzo's buyer protection. If a Xbox code does not work as described — invalid, already redeemed or showing a lower balance than purchased — report it from your order within 24 hours of delivery with the exact error message. Approved claims receive a replacement code or a refund to your Giftinzo wallet. Codes that were redeemed successfully, bought for the wrong region or shared with someone else cannot be refunded.
