About Nintendo eShop gift cards
A Nintendo eShop card adds funds to a Nintendo Account. The balance can be spent in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch and on Nintendo's website for digital games, downloadable content and Nintendo Switch Online memberships.
Funds are region-specific: a card redeems only on a Nintendo Account whose country matches the card, and the balance is kept in that currency. You can check the country in your Nintendo Account profile settings.

How the price works
The card value is what lands on your Nintendo eShop balance. The price you pay can be lower: cards of $20–$99 carry a flat 5% discount, $100–$249 10% and $250 or more 15%, worked out on the value in US dollars. A welcome coupon, where you have one, is chosen on the checkout page.
How to redeem Nintendo eShop
- Copy the 16-character code from your Giftinzo order or delivery e-mail.
- On Nintendo Switch, open Nintendo eShop, select the account, then choose Enter Code in the left menu.
- Or in a browser, sign in to your Nintendo Account at https://ec.nintendo.com/redeem.
- Enter the code and confirm. The funds appear in the eShop balance.
- If you see an error, keep the error code and contact Giftinzo within 24 hours of delivery.
Terms
Nintendo eShop cards are issued by Nintendo and governed by the Nintendo Account user agreement for your region. Funds are non-refundable once added, cannot be moved between regions and have a maximum balance limit set by Nintendo.
Digital codes are single-use. Check the account and region before redeeming, and keep the code private until then — anyone who has it can use it. Once delivered, a code cannot be cancelled, exchanged for another value or returned for cash, except under Giftinzo's buyer protection.
Only buy gift cards for yourself or as a genuine gift. Never use a gift card to pay someone who contacted you unexpectedly or who asks for the code to "verify" a payment.
Refund policy
Every order is covered by Giftinzo's buyer protection. If a Nintendo eShop code does not work as described — invalid, already redeemed or showing a lower balance than purchased — report it from your order within 24 hours of delivery with the exact error message. Approved claims receive a replacement code or a refund to your Giftinzo wallet. Codes that were redeemed successfully, bought for the wrong region or shared with someone else cannot be refunded.
