How the price works
The card value is what lands on your SpiceJet balance. The price you pay can be lower: cards of $20–$99 carry a flat 5% discount, $100–$249 10% and $250 or more 15%, worked out on the value in US dollars. A welcome coupon, where you have one, is chosen on the checkout page.
How to redeem SpiceJet
- Open your completed Giftinzo order or delivery e-mail and copy the SpiceJet code. Keep it private.
- Sign in to the SpiceJet account you want to credit, using the brand's website or app.
- Open the redeem gift card, voucher or payment section. If you cannot find it, search the SpiceJet help centre for "redeem gift card".
- Enter the code exactly as supplied, including any PIN, and confirm.
- Check that the balance or benefit appears before you make a purchase.
- If SpiceJet shows an error, save the exact message and contact Giftinzo from your order or the Live support button within 24 hours of delivery.
Terms
SpiceJet gift cards are issued by SpiceJet or its authorised partners and are governed by the issuer's own terms, which can change. Codes are tied to the region shown on the product page and generally cannot be redeemed on an account or store in another region.
Digital codes cannot be cancelled, exchanged for cash or swapped for another value once delivered, except under Giftinzo's buyer protection. Some uses may be excluded by SpiceJet — for example certain products, third-party sellers or subscriptions. Keep the code secret: anyone who has it can redeem it.
Only buy gift cards for your own use or as a genuine gift. Never use a gift card to pay someone who contacted you unexpectedly, claims to be from a company or government office, or asks for the code to "verify" a payment.
Refund policy
Every order is covered by Giftinzo's buyer protection. If a SpiceJet code does not work as described — invalid, already redeemed or showing a lower balance than purchased — report it from your order within 24 hours of delivery with the exact error message. Approved claims receive a replacement code or a refund to your Giftinzo wallet. Codes that were redeemed successfully, bought for the wrong region or shared with someone else cannot be refunded.
