About Flipkart gift cards
A Flipkart gift card can be added to your Flipkart account and used on eligible products sold on Flipkart in India.
Flipkart gift cards are in Indian rupees and only for use on Flipkart India. Adding the card to your account keeps the balance ready for checkout; some categories or sellers may be excluded under Flipkart's terms.

How the price works
The card value is what lands on your Flipkart balance. The price you pay can be lower: cards of $20–$99 carry a flat 5% discount, $100–$249 10% and $250 or more 15%, worked out on the value in US dollars. A welcome coupon, where you have one, is chosen on the checkout page.
How to redeem Flipkart
- Copy the card number and PIN from your Giftinzo order or delivery e-mail.
- Open the Flipkart app or website and sign in.
- Go to Account > Gift Cards > Add a Gift Card.
- Enter the card number and PIN and add it to your account balance.
- If Flipkart shows an error, contact Giftinzo within 24 hours of delivery.
Terms
Flipkart gift cards are issued by Flipkart (or its gift card partner) and governed by Flipkart's gift card terms, including validity period. They are for use in India only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Digital codes are single-use. Check the account and region before redeeming, and keep the code private until then — anyone who has it can use it. Once delivered, a code cannot be cancelled, exchanged for another value or returned for cash, except under Giftinzo's buyer protection.
Only buy gift cards for yourself or as a genuine gift. Never use a gift card to pay someone who contacted you unexpectedly or who asks for the code to "verify" a payment.
Refund policy
Every order is covered by Giftinzo's buyer protection. If a Flipkart code does not work as described — invalid, already redeemed or showing a lower balance than purchased — report it from your order within 24 hours of delivery with the exact error message. Approved claims receive a replacement code or a refund to your Giftinzo wallet. Codes that were redeemed successfully, bought for the wrong region or shared with someone else cannot be refunded.
